Since no other chapter battle is scheduled. We can do this as just a Demo or as a Battle.

Casey Middle School, March 18th Demo.
Set-up/check-in 6pm
Event time 7 pm to 8:30 pm
with Display table outside of gym

We can either have a room, or a time slot in the gym. We could also do some outdoors weather/daylight permitting.

If you are interested in running this event please contact me asap at home. You will need to give a presentation to the audience as we have fighters doing their thing. Make it look good, talk with the kids and family, etc. get your best garb (i guess i should clean mine up). etc.

I make it sound easy, it is. But i need your support to pull this off and to (hopefully) get our chapter to grow.

Hopefully we won't compete with the karate guys again, hard to get interest when kids can go and "break" a board at the table next to us

they said they would provide a table. However, you know how these things can go, but seeing as how it is a school, i would think there are plenty of tables or desk for use.

Received confirmation this morning that we have the gym at 7:15 pm. Please be on site and ready by 7pm. We will onlyu get 15 minutes in the gym due to overbooking. Let's make every minute count.

We will also have at least one table in the hall outside the gym.

I plan on arriving at 6:00pm

A great night!! I always love demos, talking to the people and just having fun hitting each other in front of ohhing and ahhing crowds (some times not in praise but in shared pain), all and all a successful time I think.

...Oh and only a little blood was spilled.
